Return Policy

At Wijnkoelkasten.com we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the opportunity to return it within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

After registering your return item(s), you have another 14 days to return the product to us. During this period, the product may not be used. As soon as we have received the returned product, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited to you. Please note that the costs for returning are at your own expense.

For wine coolers in the Netherlands we offer a special service. You do not have to return the product yourself. To guarantee the quality of the wine cooler, we will personally collect it from the delivery address. The costs for returning the wine cooler are €75 for a wine cooler under 60 kg and €90 for a wine cooler over 60 kg. These costs are deducted from the purchase price.

To use our returns policy, please contact us at info@wijnkoelkasten.com . Send an email with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then confirm that you can return the product and provide you with the return address.

Please note: make sure the product is returned with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. Damage to the product or packaging may lead to a reduction in value, which will be charged to you.

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the order amount to your bank account within 7 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@wijnkoelkasten.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . Consumers in the EU can also register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
