At Wijnkoelkasten.com we make sure that your order is delivered with the utmost care and reliability. For this we work together with our own logistics partner, who specializes in delivering wine coolers. This team guarantees that your wine cooler arrives at your home in perfect condition. We deliver seven days a week, including the weekend, so that your order can always be delivered at a time of your choosing.

Our logistics partner will contact you by phone to make a delivery appointment. This way you can choose when it suits you best, so that there is always someone present to receive the delivery. In addition, you will receive an email from us with important points of attention for a successful delivery, which we ask you to read carefully.

For our wine accessories we work together with different partners; such as PostNL and DHL. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the delivery and see when your order arrives.

Postage costs

Within the Netherlands we offer free shipping for all wine coolers. For other products free shipping applies for orders above €100. For orders below €100 the shipping costs are €6.95.

For shipping to other countries within Europe, shipping costs vary around €100 and €250 , depending on destination. Contact us for more information on shipping costs to specific countries.

Delivery time

Our goal is to deliver your order within 5 working days. In most cases this is possible, but if the delivery unexpectedly takes longer, we will inform you of this in good time by e-mail or telephone. You can also indicate when you need the order, so that we can take this into account.
